PremiseThe Parable of the Sower in Matthew 13: 3-9 explains that
some seed falls on good ground while other seed falls on bad ground which accounts
for why some produce fruit and others don't. Verse 8, explains that even good
seed planted in good ground produce different results: "But other
fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold,
some thirtyfold." Matthew 13:8While this parable was originally
offered as an explanation of how individuals come to accept or reject the Word
of God; we believe it also recognizes that Christians (and Christian Organizations)
have the potential to bring forth more fruit than many of them do. Leveraging
God's Resources was founded to help the good seed, planted in the good ground
to bring forth the hundred fold return. |
